Class Descriptions
Tuesday Slow Flow Yoga
Ease into your evening with a grounding, all-levels slow flow. We’ll begin with a long, gentle warm-up to release the day and create space in the body.
Along the way, we’ll explore mindful movement, build functional strength and flexibility, and weave in balance work. Each practice offers plenty of time to settle into the poses, notice your breath, and move in a way that feels right for your body.
This class is especially welcoming for older adults, beginners, anyone returning
to yoga after some time away, or those who simply prefer a slower, more intentional practice.
Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.
~Mother Teresa

Wednesday Gentle Yoga
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in this gentle, mindful yoga class. We’ll focus on improving balance, building flexibility, and cultivating greater body and breath awareness through intentional movement, breath work, and mindfulness.
All levels are welcome! Modifications and variations are encouraged, allowing you to listen to your body and make the practice uniquely yours. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, balanced, and at ease.
Wednesday Vin/Yin Yoga
Balance your solar and lunar energies in a space where every body is welcome. This all-levels practice bridges movement and stillness, starting with an intentional, uplifting Vinyasa flow to unite breath and motion. As the body warms, we transition into a meditative Yin practice, holding gentle postures to open the heart and soothe the nervous system.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave with a peaceful mind and an open spirit.
Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
~The Bhagavad Gita
Yoga is a perfectly imperfect practice.

The Thursday Exhale--Coming Soon!
A slow flow class blending vinyasa’s fluid movements with hatha’s slower pace. This intentional slow flow class gives you time to settle into each posture building gentle strength and flexibility while focusing on alignment for stability in the pose. Most importantly we anchor breath with movement for a mindful holistic practice. Give yourself permission to show up exactly as you are. Melt away the tension and leave relaxed, unburdened, and fully exhaled.
Saturday Morning All-Levels Yoga Flow
Start your weekend with a balanced, feel-good flow led by Heather, Susan, or Heidi. This all-levels class begins with a mindful warm-up before moving into stretching, strengthening, yoga flow, balance, and breathwork.
You’re always encouraged to listen to your body—modify, slow down, or settle into a comfortable resting pose whenever you need.
Expect a welcoming practice with just the right mix of movement and mindfulness to leave you feeling ready for your weekend.

Restorative Yoga
Slow down, soften, and settle in.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to soothe the nervous system and create space for the body and mind to simply be. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks for support, you’ll settle into comfortable poses that are held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension without effort or strain.
With the body fully supported, there is nothing to achieve and nowhere to go. You’ll be invited to turn inward, reconnect with your breath, and move from doing into being.
This gentle, nurturing practice is accessible to all levels and is especially lovely when you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply in need of a little more rest. Come as you are, get cozy, and give yourself permission to receive.
Beginner Series
Curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? This 4–6 week Beginner Yoga Series is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident on your mat in a small, welcoming, and supportive environment.
With two to three certified yoga teachers guiding the group, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention as you learn the foundations of a yoga practice. We’ll explore basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, gentle stretching and strengthening, simple strategies for relaxation, and the basics of yoga etiquette.
There’s no need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga.” Come exactly as you are. We’ll take our time, answer your questions, and help you discover how yoga can support greater strength, flexibility, balance, and ease—both on and off the mat.
Watch for announcements.
